I. Overview
Non-woven fabric slitting machine is a kind of equipment that trims and slits wide materials according to different needs during the production process. Among them, non-woven fabric slitting machine is mainly used to slit wide rolls into various narrow rolls suitable for production needs. The slitting process includes two processes: unwinding and rewinding. The tension control of unwinding and rewinding is the key link of the slitting machine. This machine adds automatic edge control on the basis of the original electric control system, achieving the ideal effect, improving the working performance of the machine, making the machine more stable in high-speed operation, rewinding flat, simple and convenient operation, safe and reliable, and durable.
2. Main Applications
Non-woven fabric slitting machine is mainly used for trimming or slitting wide rolls of non-woven fabrics. It can cut the roll base non-woven fabric with an inner diameter of 75mm, an outer diameter of 600mm and a length of less than 1600mm into several rolls of the actual required size. The narrowest can be cut to 18mm edge strips.
3. Main Mechanism
(I) Frame
It is welded with thick steel plates.
(II) Rewinding
It uses a 3-inch air-expanding reel and a magnetic powder tension controller for rewinding. The slitting and edge stripping of this machine is easy to operate, and the maximum rewinding diameter can reach 600mm.
(III) Unwinding
It uses a 3-inch air-expanding unwinding reel.
(IV) Cutter
The cutter can use an industrial surgical blade or a flat knife (art blade), and the blade distance can be adjusted to between 18mm-1600mm.
(V) Main machine part
Mainly uses 5 KW motor, adopts electronic speed control system, and the speed of the machine is manually adjusted during use.
(VI) Guide roller part
The whole machine uses chrome-plated steel pipe, each of which is dynamically balanced.
