Printing machine precautions
- Ensure that the leader is responsible for supervising the safety of the machine equipment and the operators.
- Before operation, the operator must wear work clothes, work hats, and work shoes neatly, fasten the lapels and cuffs, do not put debris that is easy to fall out in the pockets, and do not wear watches and various accessories.
- Before starting the machine, the required lubricating oil (grease) should be added to the oil filling points, lubrication points and oil tank of the machine.
- Without approval, non-crew members are not allowed to start or operate the machine without authorization. Assistants and apprentices should work under the guidance of the leader.
- Before starting the machine, check whether there are debris in all parts of the machine body. You must give a signal (press the safety bell) first, and respond to the front and back to ensure that the machine is safe before starting.
- Before the machine is running, count the number of circles in reverse and then count the number of circles in the forward direction to prevent debris between the rollers from damaging the rubber cloth, printing plate, etc.
- When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to touch the moving working surface with your hands, repair and wipe the machine, cross the rotating parts, and keep the machine protective devices complete.
- The crew members should strictly abide by their posts according to the division of labor, pay attention to the operation of each part of the machine at all times, and immediately stop the machine for processing if any problems are found.
- The work site should be kept clean and unobstructed, with no debris on the ground, workbench, and around the machine. Repair tools and spare parts should be placed in the specified position.
- When working, no one is allowed to laugh, fight, or make loud noises around the machine, and please do not let children get close to the machine.
- At the end of the work, clean the machine, protect the printing plate, clean the rubber cloth, impression cylinder and roller, turn off the power, and fill in the work log.
- Regular maintenance and repair of the machine, and filling in the maintenance and repair record data can extend the service life of the machine, improve production quality and safe production.
- Non-staff members are prohibited from operating.
