1.2-GP-500 hot film laminating machine is a special laminating machine suitable for various drum materials, is specially composite light, mute, pre coating, laser film and security laser film. Standard configuration:
2.1. the hot lamination roller adopts the electric heating mode of oil medium, which has fast temperature rise, long temperature constant temperature, uniform surface temperature, and is controlled automatically by high-precision oil temperature heating system, and the temperature is stable.
2.2. the rubber drum adopts imported silica gel material, which has the characteristics of non sticking ink and paper under high temperature and high pressure.
2.3. the material is collected and discharged by hand expanding shaft.
2.4. the magnetic powder clutch brake device is used to control the tension of the coating tension.
2.5. photoelectric automatic EPC system, with long contact life, high reliability and better correction effect.
2.6. the oil pressure boosting device is used to provide greater composite pressure for the film coated rubber roll, which is enough to meet the pressure requirements of various pre coating.

During the gurantee period, the seller will bear the cost for defective parts arisen by quality and mail the parts. but the freight for the defective parts should be paid by the buyer's side. Additionally, if the defective parts are arisen by improper use of buyer's side, the seller will not supply them for free.
