Common Faults and Solutions of Screen Printing Machines

There are always various faults in the screen printing machine during the printing process, such as manual and semi-automatic all do not work, the power light is on, the printing seat does not work after moving to the left, etc.
1: Semi-automatic does not step on the foot switch and immediately works
This kind of fault is mostly caused by the foot switch being damaged or the foot switch socket being flooded with water, resulting in a short circuit. Another is that there is a problem with the manual start button switch. The repair method is to replace a new switch, socket, button switch or disassemble and repair the related damaged parts.
2. When semi-automatic, the slide seat descends by stepping on the foot switch, and rises again after releasing it.
This phenomenon is generally caused by the damage or disconnection of the proximity switch on the left side of the horizontal slide. The solution is to replace the proximity switch or connect the switch connection.
3. When semi-automatic, the vertical slide seat descends by stepping on the foot switch, and the printing seat does not work after moving to the left.
The cause of this fault is that the proximity switch on the left side of the horizontal slide seat is not sensed or has a problem.
The solution is to adjust the sensing point of the left proximity switch or replace the good proximity switch; and the micro switch in the foot switch is stuck and does not work, which can also cause this fault. The solution is to adjust, repair or replace the micro switch in the foot switch with a new one.
4. When the foot switch is pressed during semi-automatic operation, the slide seat descends and moves to the left, then rises but does not move to the right.
This phenomenon occurs because the upper left proximity switch of the vertical slide seat is not sensed or there is a problem with the proximity switch. The solution is to adjust the upper proximity switch sensing or a better proximity switch.
5. The rising action is half a beat slower after the action is switched.
This type of fault is caused by foreign matter blocking the control solenoid valve or a faulty solenoid valve. The solution is to remove the magnetic valve to clean or replace a good solenoid valve.
6. All manual and semi-automatic operations are inoperative, and the power light is on.
The causes of this type of fault are that the low-voltage side fuse is blown, there is no gas source entering, and all solenoid valves are faulty. The solution is to replace the low-voltage side fuse and check whether the pressure reaches 4-7kg/cm. All solenoid valves have small faults, mostly broken wires.
7. Automatic and semi-automatic start-up do not descend.
This type of fault occurs when the right side proximity switch of the horizontal slide seat is faulty or not sensed, the selection switch is faulty, and the interlocking point of the single-action switch is damaged. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch induction or replace the right proximity switch, replace or repair the selection switch and single-action switch.
8. Automatic startup is unavailable.
This type of fault is that the micro switch of the upper and lower cylinders is normally closed, the contact cannot be connected or the timer is damaged. The solution is to repair the micro switch or replace the timer.
9. The work surface does not inhale.
The cause of this type of fault is that the suction motor is burned. The contactor that controls the operation of the motor is damaged, the suction motor rotates, but the control suction solenoid valve is faulty, and the suction selection switch is faulty. The solution is to repair or replace it.
10. The vertical slide rises slowly.
The cause of this type of fault is that the vertical slide bearing is oil-free or the cylinder piston is worn, and the magnetic collision causes the axis to bend. The solution is to replenish oil, replace the piston command, and adjust the axis.
