Slitting Machine Tension Control

The magnetic powder brake of the slitter is installed on the unwinding group of the slitter, connected with the air shaft by a transmission part, and the unwinding speed is controlled by controlling the torque of the magnetic powder brake. The magnetic powder brake is selected according to the size of the whole roll of material in the unwinding group of the slitter. The common specifications of the magnetic powder brake of the slitter are 12Nm, 25Nm, 50NM, 100Nm, 200Nm, and 400Nm. The main function of the magnetic powder brake of the slitter is to provide a balanced and stable torque, which can be adjusted with the tension controller to improve the efficiency and quality of the unwinding work and the entire action of the slitter.
The tension control of the magnetic powder brake is accurate and simple, which can prevent the material of the unwinding group of the slitter from moving. The magnetic powder brake of the slitter adopts DC24V DC voltage, and the heat dissipation can be selected by natural cooling (air cooling) or by installing a fan for forced heat dissipation. When installing, please keep the magnetic powder brake of the slitter on the horizontal axis and the surrounding environment should not be too humid.
