First, the electrical parts should be cleaned and inspected regularly to eliminate hidden dangers in time.
Second, the use of the slitting machine is completed by the longitudinal cutting machine and the cross-cutting machine, so high-quality longitudinal cutting knives and cross-cutting knives should be used.
Third, the daily maintenance of the slitting machine should be in place, and the principle is that it should be lubricated, cleaned, and cleared (dust-free and free of debris) to ensure that the sliding parts of the equipment are in good condition.
Fourth, it is maintenance work. Regular and irregular inspections should be carried out on the rotating parts (especially real-time monitoring of wearing parts). Regular adjustments and regular replacements should be carried out, and detailed records should be kept to achieve the purpose of extending the service life of the equipment.
Fifth, improve the technical quality and level of the personnel operating the slitting machine. The operation of the control part should be done by a dedicated person, and no one is allowed to operate without permission.
