① Manual screen printing machine. It is generally composed of hinge support, printing platform and screen plate, and all actions are manually operated. There is a multi-station manual machine, in which the table and screen frame are all connected in series on a fixed central axis. The table (or screen frame) can rotate around the central axis to facilitate multi-color overprinting. It is called a rotary multi-color manual screen printing machine.
② Semi-automatic screen printing machine. Screen printing machines in which various actions during printing are partially automatic and the rest are still manual. Generally, screen printing machines with automatic ink scraping, ink distribution and screen frame are called 1/4 automatic screen printing machines, and screen printing machines with automatic ink scraping, ink distribution, screen frame and substrate adsorption are called 1/2 automatic screen printing machines. In addition, screen printing machines with automatic substrate feeding are called 3/4 automatic screen printing machines.
③ Automatic screen printing machine. It is to add automatic printing lifting, conveying, drying and receiving and stacking mechanisms to the front and back of the 3/4 automatic screen printing machine. The printing speed is significantly higher than that of the semi-automatic machine, which can reach more than 1500 prints/hour.
④ Screen printing linkage machine. It is composed of several sets of printing, drying devices and hot stamping, creasing, film coating, die-cutting and other devices in series. The substrate is fed continuously in a roll-type, with automatic unwinding, automatic winding and positioning control mechanisms, which can ensure stable speed, accurate overprinting and consistent tension. The whole machine can be controlled by computer. It is a screen printing machine with high efficiency and full functions for printing multi-color printed products.
