Brief introduction
The GP-320FF fan folding machine has batch counter with conveyor belt. The machine can be advanced slow down when the pre-set batch is approaching to arrive. It is operated by touch screen (the folding length can be directly input on the touch screen) and controlled by servo motor PLC.
The structure of the complete machine is compact, fast, with high efficiency, operate the characteristic simply, operate steadily.
Configurations of the machine:
1). With 1pc 3'' online unwind air shaft
2). With 2pcs Photocell web guide system
3). With taper tension controller for unwinder unit
4). Fan fold unit is controlled by servo motor.
5). With slitting unit, comes with 6 sets slitting knives
